Hi Silverlox. You can DL it here:- http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcrt it then needs to be placed in your windows/system 32 directory

The ones you need for getting Photoshop plugins to work with PSP are msvcrt10 and plugin. You can get both from our freebies - there is a download link on the freebies page below Common Filter DLLs. Put them in C:\Windows\System, or C:\Windows\System32 (or both) depending on the Windows version you use.
