I thought I'd be able to separte the images.  I can not.  Xing out the layers then copy and paste do not work.

Can some one be kind enough to tell me what to do?

Nat if you downloaded the zip file, when you open it in PSP you should see all the layers.  Highlight one layer at a time and then drag it out to your workspace.  You will then get copies of them all as single images.

Huh! Now, I was able to X out the layers and copy/paste one at a time but I couldn't drag and drop!--?? I've never tried to drag and drop in PSP before--maybe I didn't do it right.
Nat, I hope Topsy's advice helped you.

I would have given the same advice Topsy has given you.  I do this all the time too!

Barbara, probably a dumb question on my part, but just to make sure, are you dragging from the layer palette to the workspace which creates a new image?

You can also drag a layer to an open image.

Nat, make sure you have the layer highlighted in the layer palette you wish to copy/paste.

Nat, if you can't get it to work, let me know and I will post them individually for you to download.

Thankyou Topsy.  I did not know about the drag and drop.  It works.(_)

Oh my! I was dragging from the image (with the other layers X'ed out)! I'll have to try it the correct way. hahaha!
