EDIT: Problem Solved

After installing PSP on my new pc, none of my saved scripts work anymore. I had a copy of my old scripts file and have it pointing to that and they show up in the list but I get an error with every one of them. I haven't been able to locate my favorite ones online to download them again, so I need some help. If anyone knows how I can get them working, please tell me! If not, can anyone point me to them on the web if they still exist, or send me a copy of the script? Please? These need to be PSP 8 versions.

Here's the one's I'm missing the most -

Matt's Pen and Ink (If I could only get one back, this would be the one. It seems to have disappeared from the web.)

Sherri's Sketch

Scottmunronorthpainting

Pop Art

Are you still using PSP 8? Do you get the same error with all of them? Do you have the scripts in the restricted folder or the trusted one?

Is this the Pen and Ink one?

What error do you get?  Did you put those two .dll files on your computer?  I don't know if they're needed for scripts, but I think you'll need them for filters to work.

That drove me bonkers when I got my new PC until I finally remembered I had to reload them.

Here's a link to the two files:  http://www.pluspsp.com/p/freebies/index.html

Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see them.  Hope this helps!!

Yes, I do have those files, and plugins are working as well as the pre-installed scripts. I can also record and save a new script and it works. Here's a screenshot of what I get when I try to run one of them. With some, there is other stuff in the error message too, but this bit seems to be in all of them.

Yep, still using 8. I haven't seen any new features that I wanted in later versions. Looks like Corel is pushing the photo editing features and I use it more for drawing and painting. They don't even mention that you can use it for that so I wasn't sure if it still had all the old features or not. Do you know if the current version works well with Vista, because 8 does not. Might be enough to make me upgrade.
Yes, that's the right script, but if you click on the photo to get the scripts, you just get 404 errors. The scripts are in the restricted folder.

It might be a simple fix, try putting them in the trusted folder.

The link doesn't work but I'm pretty sure I remember those scripts being posted on the Jasc/Corel newsgroups. If you posted that link in the scripting forum somone might have a copy for you.

I believe PSPX2 does work well with Vista but I don't have either one myself. I'm using X on XP.

I tried doing a little searching on the net for that error JascApp.InvalidCommandName and came up with very little.  A couple of the hits might be worth looking at.  One mentioned to be sure the patch to V8 was installed (V8.10).  Another was on Suz Shook's Tips and Tricks page.  It specifically mentioned that error, but was dealing with duplicate plugin names.  Here's the link to her page if you want to check that one out:  http://users.adelphia.net/~suzshook/12tips141160.htm

If I run across something else, I'll let you know.

The patch! I've had it so long, I forgot there was a patch. I downloaded the patch and now the scripts are working again. You're a genius! Thanks for your help, everyone!
