Well.. just to milk it for all its worth (as if I would!!)....
Seen as you liked the Halloween pic so much I used the same model for this one. LOL
After fighting your way through the ancient building, you finally corner the Dragon. The fire rages all about and its time you put this oversized lizard in its place.
(or, if you prefer... run!)

The picture was created using Studio (64bit) and paintshop pro.
To save on render times I used a simple trick to speed things up a bit. Instead of placing lots of columns etc in the background, I load a background of fire onto a 3D plain. Then I let the renderer cast a shadow on to the plain.
This gives the effect of something burning in the fires behind the real model and gives it depth.
But the result is that instead of this taking ages to render...it took only 15 seconds. Nice time saver that is!!
You can use this trick with things like Vue or any 3D package where you dont need detailed backdrops, but just something that gives an impression of it being there.
Comments welcome.
PS:
Just to say SORRY for the 400k file size... however I did reduce it to 80k, but the colour clash (because of the skin tones and the orange backgrounds) was WAY too bad. So I had to compromise and only do a 55% reduction in file size.
After you have looked at it, please feel free to archive it or delete it if you want as I know you like to keep size down on here because of downloads/bandwidth etc.
