Vue 6 Pro Studio image.  Blue tits, goldfinch and robin are pecking the blackberries from the bushes. The starlings are too heavy to perch on the bushes, and too clumsy to pick the berries off, so they peck around under the bushes, waiting to get any berries the small birds knock down. All the birds are Poser models imported into Vue as objects. The bushes and trees are all Vue.

It's an odd time of year for an autumn image, but I wanted to try out the blackberry and other bushes I bought from Cornucopia.

Lovely image. Brings back many memories. I picked a lot of blackberries for my mom.

Use to be a time when blackberries were wild in the woods here.  Now a days you have to buy them at a nursury(can't spel) or buy them at the store.

We are lucky. There are still lots growing wild in our local woods. I am sure the cultivated ones you buy in the store are not as tasty as the wild ones.

When I was still able to get out with the camera I  took this photo of a robin picking blackberries in the woods.

Love the photo. My last dog used to pick all the raspberries and blackberries on the side of the road ,during our morning walks.
