 About 20 years ago we had two dogs called Fred - brown mongrel - and Suzy - black labrador cross. Suzy was terrified of water and nothing would persuade her to swim - or even paddle - in the sea. Fred, on the other hand, loved the sea. If we threw a stick for him he loved to swim out and retrieve it. Suzy used to run along the beach and when Fred came ashore she would grab the stick off him and run to us and hand it over as though she had been the one to retrieve it. You could see poor Fred constantly changing direction as he swam back, hoping to avoid her and bring the stick to us himself, but she always caught him. It was very funny to watch. This is a Vue7 Pro Studio render, with Poser Daz Millennium dogs.

Super image Carol. Suzy reminds me of my Sheba. She was a black lab mix. But she loved the water.
