Topsy was born in Scotland, but has since travelled south of the border and now lives in the East of England.

Topsy worked part time as a Secretary and Accounts Clerk, but when the business changed hands, she decided it was time to retire and spend more time on things she likes doing.

Spare time and relaxation is split between interest in Computers, Genealogy, Indoor Bowls, Family and Gardening.

After buying her computer and with the help of a good computer magazine, she learned as she went along. After gentle persuasion from a couple of good friends, she took the challenge of learning HTML. In a short while, she had taught herself enough basic HTML to produce a page, and proudly displayed her web site for her friends to see.

Soon after this she was introduced to Paint Shop Pro and was totally hooked. A feeling common to PSP users.

Since accepting the invitation to be a PlusPSP co-ordinator, Topsy has looked after the Plus Place Forum, Just for Fun, Tutorials sections and the Coordinators pages.
