ownload your plugins to a folder outside of PSP,(eg my documents) then link them to PSP.
Open PSP , click on file, scroll down to preferences , click file location.
Click on plugins in the left hand box. Put a check mark in the three little boxes at the top of the right hand box.
Click browse and browse to your new folder then click OK. The path will then show up in your plugins in PSP.
It is easier to delete unwanted plugins from there, also it doesn't slow down PSP.
