4) Use your magic wand and click on the tube, it should outline the tube and shadow
5) Click on Selections and scroll to defloat and click
6) Using the magic wand (not the mover tool) drag the tube to another clear part of the image, you should see at least some of the drop shadow left behind
7) Continue doing steps 5 and 6 till all the shadow is removed.
